Check out my rack baby! Rack of PORK, brined in salt, brown sugar, juniper berries, garlic, sage, bay leaf, and uh...i forget now, apple juice?, thought about beer, but obviously it wasn't green! :) Roasted to perfection at 425 then at 300. Served... more
